As the world’s largest trauma, mental health and wellbeing conference, if you work in a related field or are keen to expand your understanding, this annual highlight is not to be missed.
In each session of this four-part series, Dick Schwartz, Jeanne Catanzaro, and Kristen Burge will zero in on a distinct stage of relational work, from activation to repair, and walk you through the IFS strategies that support it.
Your registration includes access to all four sessions (they’re spaced a month apart to help you digest the key points and integrate them into your work).
In each session, we’ll hold some time for Q&A throughout, so that you’ll have the opportunity to ask for clarification or follow-up.
Integrative Medicine for Mental Health brings together clinicians, researchers and practitioners for four days of education across trauma, nutrition, metabolism, inflammation, the gut-brain connection, psychedelics, neurodevelopment, neurodegeneration and more — with practical insights you can apply in your work.
This year’s conference celebrates 35 years of IFS in community, featuring over 30 workshops led by IFS trainers, practitioners, researchers, and community members from around the globe. With sessions spanning core IFS practice, emerging applications, research, identity, culture, and systems-level work, participants can build an experience that reflects their interests and depth of experience with the Model.
Over two dynamic days, explore workshops on key topics including:
Across keynote presentations, experiential workshops, and research sessions, participants will explore how parts are shaped not only within us but also through relationships, culture, systems of power, emerging technologies, and global change. Together, these perspectives invite a deeper understanding of IFS as both a clinical model and a framework for navigating an increasingly interconnected world.
Discover the transformative power of the Internal Family Systems℠ (IFS) model in an IFSI flagship experience led by IFS Founder, Dick Schwartz and Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Jeanne Catanzaro.

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Internal Family Systems & Ketamine Experience.
This retreat is an opportunity for participants to come together and do the work of deep healing, allowing access to the 8 Cs of Self.
All experiences will be supported by IFS parts exploration and unburdening and will provide ample opportunities for integration, self-inquiry, group healing and visioning together. To hold the container that we are co-creating, we ask that all retreat participants stay onsite.
No experience with psychedelic medicines (including ketamine) or IFS is required. All participants will be asked to complete a medical & psychological intake form.

Across two days, you’ll deepen IFS theory and practice. See IFS in action—then apply some techniques Monday morning
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapeutic model that conceptualizes the mind as a system of “parts,” each with distinct emotional roles, beliefs, and protective strategies. The model also identifies a core Self that can guide internal interactions with clarity and compassion. This workshop provides an introduction to the theoretical foundations of IFS and its application in clinical settings.
During this two-day workshop, Richard Schwartz will teach collaboratively with Melissa Mose. Dr. Schwartz will begin the workshop with an overview of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to orient those new to the model, while enriching the understanding of IFS for trained practitioners. He will review the core systemic concepts of the IFS model. Then he will discuss how IFS conceptualizes and works with inner critics. On the second day, Melissa Mose will bring her expertise about working with OCD and other forms of anxiety from an IFS lens. The teaching will include didactic explanations of ideas, live and videotaped demonstrations, experiential practice, discussion groups, as well as Q & A.
Whether you’ve read No Bad Parts, heard Dick Schwartz on a podcast, or been introduced to IFS by a friend or therapist, this is your opportunity to experience the model firsthand and discover what’s possible when you learn directly from the source.
